The Basics
When: December 6th-8th
Where: Wolf Caves, Mason, Texas
Cost: $47.50/person over 10, PLUS normal park fees (can be found at www.wolfcaves.com)
- The $47.50 fee will cover 3 meals (Friday dinner, Saturday Breakfast, and Saturday Dinner + midnight snacks).
- Lunch will not be provided, plan accordingly (We suggest packing bread and lunch meat to do sandwiches on the trail).
- Children under 10 eat free (be sure to mention ALL children on the registration form).
Camping/Lodging
Wolf Caves offers limited RV hookups and 110v powered camp sites (must book in advance) and unlimited dry/primitive camping.

Not a camper? There are AirBnB options in Mason, TX. Although there is a motel in Mason, we do NOT recommend it. We highly suggest the hotel in Brady, TX (around 45 mins. away).
Wheeling
Wheeling at Wolf Caves is daylight hours only. You can wheel Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Yee Yee Jeeps will take a group out on Friday to do some warmup wheeling at noon, everyone is welcome to join. We will be doing some YYJ classic obstacles. On Saturday, we will have 4 guided trail groups. 1) Medium (Utah 4-6), 2) Hard (7-8), 3) Extreme (9), 4) Whisky Warrior (9). Or your group can do your own thing. Wolf Caves has trails for everyone so gather your group and come enjoy!
What to Bring
- Beverages for on and off the trail
- Chairs for around the campfire
- Lunch/snacks for on the trail
- Midnight snacks to grill (not required)
This is a not-for profit event (except for the cooks…tips are welcome). Your money is going solely to food for the event (we will eat well…hope you like beef). To set expectations, there will be no merch, gift bags, or raffles. Just good food, good music, a good camp fire, good wheeling and a great time!
